“Where is my baby?” I awoke from a coma, confused and upset. My belly less than 24 hours before bulging through my doctor scrubs had surprisingly flattened.  No one had asked for my permission to deliver my baby. He was delivered emergently, at 32 weeks gestation, “To save both our lives?” They told me. I…

  1. That is one of my favorite ayahs from the Quran. I love it because it helps turn the most difficult times into hope of better things to come…..& that usually happens.
You also said something in here that I loved, “Pain is most intense when we feel powerless.“ that is so very true. Loved reading this.

  2. I was reborn in June of this year, I was moved into a place where colors overwhelm me, caresses me to see what I have never seen before, colors that turn in to words, brought forth by my journey with Ketamine.

I am from a placed not seen, not heard of, not felt, I am from which no one has been, where blackness is broken by the small amount of light under the edge of the door allowing the place I am from to be a part of me.

  3. I was reborn in June of this year, I continue to grow and be caressed by a kaleidoscope of colors, which cause the words that I write down to be felt and seen. My journey started in June but it continues to grow and flourish with my Ketamine journey. I recently was asked to complete the following statement “I am from a Place”

I am from a place not seen, not heard, not felt, I am from which no one has been, where blackness is broken by that small light under the edge of the door allowing the place I am from to be a part of me.

  4. My hopes with Ketamine treatment journey

We move with the vision of what our world looks like, seen through eyes that have seen visions which we hide from, not wanting to make real what we fear to see, holding on to hope that our spirit will guide us to a safe place. The visions move past in multiple colors, moving away from the blackness that can overwhelm them, hoping that the soul will be found on the journey of rebirth.
